Does using an independent garage void my warranty?
Dealers like you to think you must go back to them. For many cars that is not the legal position. You need the right service at the right time, with parts that meet the spec, and paperwork to prove it. We stamp the book and keep invoices.
What you should keep
Every invoice, the stamp or digital record, and any parts receipts. If there is a warranty claim later, that file is what you show.
Where it can still go wrong
Missing a scheduled service, using the wrong oil grade, or fitting junk parts. We follow the handbook and use quality parts. If a job is outside what we do, we say so.
